Founded by coach Stuart Hilton, drawing inspiration from the Māori word “Rere”, which signifies movement, flow, and the capacity to fly, my approach embodies continuous motion and progress. Paired with “Resilience”, it reflects the art of navigating life’s challenges while maintaining balance, composure, and strength.

Rere Resilience offers specialised coaching as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach, combining breathwork, strength, and functional movement, while also dialling into your nutrition and lifestyle habits. This holistic approach merges mindful practices with dynamic movement, helping you develop the mental and physical fortitude to move through adversity with strength, resilience, and balance.
