Paired with “Resilience”, this concept encapsulates the art of navigating life’s obstacles while maintaining balance, composure, and strength.

Our approach merges mindful practices with dynamic movement, helping you develop the mental and physical fortitude to flow through adversity with strength and balance.

About Stuart Hilton

Stuart is a professional in training and harnessing the powers of the body and mind. He helps individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve growth. With expertise in strength and cardiovascular training, breathwork, and more, Stuart has developed his skills through hands-on experience, learning from top coaches and mentors.

Stuart spent three years in New Zealand, embracing a stress-free lifestyle, connecting with nature, and valuing time with down-to-earth people. Returning to the UK, he aimed to carry that lifestyle forward and inspire others to join him. This led to the creation of Rere Resilience, a platform to help people find balance and control.


In the UK, many struggle with indoor living, work, family, and community pressures. Through Rere Resilience, Stuart helps people manage stress using strength training and breathwork. Guided by the belief in “flowing through adversity,” his mission is to empower others to overcome challenges and live resilient lives.
